'Chortle' is our family sailing boat since 2016. She is a Sadler 29, with bilge keels, twin skinned and polyurethane filled hull (apparently unsinkable) and was built in 1984. She has received considerable amounts of work in her refurbishment from dad and we now enjoy taking most of our holidays on her in the waters of the west coast of scotland.

Gastro chortle cruising
Roast chicken. Wow. This last weekend we spent a family day hanging out on board for sunday roast. Testing out the cookers potential has only just begun! Now armed with a floaty boaty cookbook and full of gastro expectations. Also bought a pressure cooker, another culinary avenue to explore.
